I was tempted to go to the dark side and try AMD for the first time. I'm glad I stuck to my guns. This thing is a beast! I saw some 5+ ghz and I haven't OC'd it. I really don't need to bump it up.

- Cheap - Meet requirements of pretty much everything

Pros i received a real 7800x3d and that's about it

As fast as a Core i9-12900K, at least in the benchmarks I care about. Comes with a slim cooler. Low power! 65W max by default, but on Windows it should idle very low thanks to the efficiency cores.

Good price for a 8c/16t cpu was less then 176. Great single/multi thread to finish off AM4. Bios and OS says it is what it should be performance is great even with a old 4g AMD RX570 Came quick within a week.

I don't need gaming or other heavy lifting for a CPU. I just needed a cool, quiet, modern platform that will last me for a good number of years. I chose Intel over AMD as I find Intel's Quick Sync hardware capabilities to be better in my application for a media server. This CPU fit the bill. It's the cheapest option to get into a socket 1851 platform at this time with no budget oriented Ultra 3, Pentiums, or Celeron chips available. Having 10 cores available is nice to have, but a bit overkill for my application. I am pleased with the CPU. It stays cool and quiet. The stock cooler has a copper core and is VERY quiet! It does everything I need.

Much cheaper than boxed cpu, so if you aren't looking to use a stock cooler this is the way to go, but honestly, you could buy a cheap AIO cooler and still save money over the retail boxed version. CPU was well packaged (bubble wrap package, box, more bubble wrap around a 2nd box containing the plastic CPU holder}, and in perfect condition. Great CPU, at a great price!

Arrived earlier than expected. Works just like new.

Llegó en excelente estado, perfecto trabajo de logística.

-fast response and good replacement time

- Good performance - Relatively low cost

you name it

works great

I'm getting the results you'd expect from integrated graphics. Playing Satisfactory on Ultra settings @ 33FPS. I'm sure I'll have to reduce settings as my factory grows. Seems to be about the same on other titles I've tested. Only up and running on a newly built PC for a couple of days. Using Corsair Vengeance pro memory 32GB. Dedicating 8gb to VRAM has helped bump it up to that frame rate. If your looking to get by until graphic cards come down in price. This CPU is hard to beat for the money.
