Works through brown outs, which is a great plus for me. My new computer with monitor plugged will get about 50 mins of battery life according to the timer on the unit.

Let me start by saying I have an APC Smart-Ups 750 from 2004 that to this day is STILL running like a champ. I've replaced the batteries about 4 times in that time frame. This model looks, feels, and smells just like the old with a more modern front panel and cloud service port. It feels just as well constructed and in almost every way functions the same. The updated display lets you change certain settings and displays the current load and charge. The SmartConnect network port is a fantastic addition to this device. It connects to the APC SmartConnect cloud service and monitors your UPS at a simple and basic level. If it's online or on battery, estimated runtime, charge, temperature, firmware version, input/output voltage, load, when you should replace the battery, warranty date, and an event log. It will send you an email with the alert level you would like as well. This is REALLY nice feature out of the box without needing to add a management card, which they can get pretty expensive.

I'm in IT and have purchased 50-60 of these units in the last 3 years with no problems. No DOA's and non have failed yet. I find that 550VA is great for single workstations like Core2Duo with duel 19" LCD's.

1500w / 1500VA for 24/7 protection against Maines frequent outages during the winter months. Just received and charging, super excited to use this after my APC 500W started to instantly discharge batteries during power outages thanks to a bad transformer.

This is a must have item no matter where you stand in the tech world. I had 2 power outages in the course of 1 day. Lost some of my data and a couple of files. I then decided that I have one of these already why not buy another. Turned around and bought 2 instead. I had another outage couple days after. This thing really does what it is suppose to. It shut down the computer and also gave the alert tone. To anyone who does not have this item......run to the store or order from Newegg or you will be sorry.

Able to run my gaming computer at max potential with my monitor for 3 minutes or more, enough to withstand a electric blink.

- Arrived well-before suggested delivery date. - Well-packaged to prevent any damage. - Set-up was easy with minimal, but very good instructions. - It has been in use for almost two weeks, and there have been no electrical incidents where the backup needed to turn on, so . . . will need to wait to comment on reliability. - Connected to the Back-UPS 1500 are an iMac with two ext HDD's, a Mac mini M2 Pro w/ 4TB of SSD, a studio monitor, and an OWC mini stack STX with a 4 TB HDD and 4 TB of SSD.

Great product. I forget it's there until the power goes out, and it gives me more than enough time to shut everything off. Been using it for a few years now and the batteries are still good. Better than the AP* brand we use at work.

This UPS was a great solution to support networking equipment (modem, router, switch) that I installed in my basement. It has lots of outlets and the size of the unit was perfect for mounting on the network wall panel.

Keeps lower power electronics running for a long time when the power goes out. (Like wi-fi and cable modem -- clutch) Provides uninterrupted, quality electricity to power hungry devices when the lights flicker. Can be made completely silent.

Does what it's supposed to. Maintains a constant and consistent power source. PowerPanel software available from the CyberPower website is reliable and minimalistic with system resources. Protects power, ethernet/phone, and coaxial cables. Includes a battery protected socket spaced properly for a "wall wart."

The software provides good, very complete information, I like the detailed performance info and good event logs, so you know at all times what is going on. Strong native Linux support, great run time. This is the UPS to live by.

Can silence beeps if needed Menu screen displays voltage, events, runtime, load, etc PC app easy to install and works as it should Compact and well designed with replaceable battery.

I've been using this unit trouble free for a couple of years. Easy to install and configure the software to safely shut down your computer after a power outage. It also protects from surges, under voltage, over voltage, brownouts, spikes, line noise, etc... I'll be moving this current unit to my backup PC and buying a new one [1000VA 600W] for my primary PC.
