- Easy to setup - Runs quietly - Clean sine-ware power output

Allows me to run a group of devices modem, self run ViOP system, router and a nas device for around two hours if the electric goes out. Customer Server is awesome, I also will buy and work the smart versions in SOHO and they are fantastic. :) Units come with a test print out.

Had to replace an 8 year old model Cyberpower unit that had the motherboard die. I have had excellent luck with Cyberpower and this is the first unit I have ever had to replace.

- Had some thunderstorms hit my area yesterday and this kept my equipment up through two quick outages. <thumbs up> - This should give me enough time to save files and exit Windows or just put the computer into Sleep mode. - Good amount of outlets. - Easy to read LCD

Easy setup Clean looking Easy management

- Low Cost - Relatively Small - Work perfectly for what I use it for (Lighting) - USB Charging Port is Nice... I use it to charge my cell phone instead of using a charging dongle - Spacing for the outlets is quite nice as well - I like the power cord, it has a nice length on it and an angle on the end

I'm using this UPS to provide backup power to the following: "Cable Gateway" (computer modem/IP phone) network router primary desktop computer 1 display/monitor cordless phone base unit. When the UPS is in standby (on AC power) mode the Power Panel software shows the "battery capacity" @ 100% and the "remaining battery runtime" to be 37 minutes at the load level created by the equipment listed above. I've been present for two power outages since installing the UPS. Here are my observations: The first outage was just a 2-3 second dip and when I opened the (previously downloaded/installed) Power Panel software the power had already returned. The software indicated that the "battery capacity" was 91% and the "remaining battery runtime" was 31 minutes. The 2nd outage lasted about 4 to 5 minutes. This time I opened the Power Panel software while the power was out and was observing the "current status" screen when the power came back on. When the power was restored the software indicated that the "battery capacity" was 73% and the "remaining battery runtime" was 21 minutes. These readings indicate that the battery discharges faster than one would expect based on the information shown when the UPS is "fully charged " and receiving AC power. While based on a VERY small information sample, I think the "remaining battery runtime" figures are probably skewed to the "charitable" side and one should not expect to keep on working for very long if the power goes out but rather should save their work and shut things down in an orderly fashion. Additionally the software is designed to automatically do a controlled shut down of the computer where the Power Panel software is installed either: a ... after 5 minutes of no AC (to preserve the backup battery for subsequent outages). or b ... when the battery is 5 minutes from depletion (to keep the protected equipment working as long as possible). In summary, I'm pleased with my purchase and here's why: Typically, in my neighborhood, power outages are more like the first one I described above ... just seconds long, rather than minutes or hours. With the most recent equipment upgrade, Comcast (my internet provider) no longer provides a backup battery for the Cable Gateway unit. As a result, whenever there was even the smallest flicker in the AC the modem/phone/desktop/router would crash and reboot (a rather time consuming evolution). Installing the UPS made more sense to me than buying a $40.00 backup battery for the rented Gateway equipment. Now, instead of the modem and router and desktop and phone crashing when the AC hiccups, things just "keep on keeping on" ... a very good thing in my opinion. And, it was on sale as well. So, this purchase gets a smile from me along with a 4 or 5 star rating.

Well packed manufacturer packaging. Very clear multi-lingual user manual that is well worth the time reading the few pages in your chosen language. Very clear warning markers attached to UPS. Very difficult to install and use this unit without seeing the warning marker to connect the internal batteries. Silent operation; it does not have any fans on/in it that I can tell. Novel "master slave" outlet pairing. Lose power to the "master" device and the "slave" device turns off immediately. The manual tells me this feature is disabled by default, but read the user manual carefully to fully understand it's operation.

I bought this because my rotating organ speaker (Leslie Cabinet) does not work properly when voltage dips. This was the solution! Played a 5 hour gig without issue. This unit is built very well, I'm very happy.

Easy to set up Works great

Good product.

Great UPS... Bought it to keep a new computer with Active PFC running during power outages. My new computer uses Active PFC power supply and needs pure sine power from UPS to keep it running correctly. Before I got this unit, I had another brand UPS and when the power went out, the power supply on the new computer produced a fast ticking noise. It sounded bad. When I put this UPS on the new computer, the power supply sounds normal even when the power goes out.

Works as expected. keeps my devices running long enough for temporary power outages or for me to shut things down if I need to.

I needed a more powerful replacement for the UPS I had. This unit fits the bill perfectly. There are plenty of plugs as well as additional plugs for surge, but not power backup. It is a nice looking box, smaller and lighter (but not cheap feeling) than my old unit and the panel on the front gives plenty of useful information. This same information and more can be seen with the included software. My computer build has a custom "Blue" them, so this UPS is complimentary to the overall look.

- Actually WORKS AS DESCRIBED. - Completely SILENT Operation. - Excellent & Informative Display. - Compact & Easy To Set Up. - Economical & Affordable.

Been waiting for a storm to submit a review. This unit maintained my internet connection during a Tornado Warning and subsequent power outage. I love it!

This is a must have item no matter where you stand in the tech world. I had 2 power outages in the course of 1 day. Lost some of my data and a couple of files. I then decided that I have one of these already why not buy another. Turned around and bought 2 instead. I had another outage couple days after. This thing really does what it is suppose to. It shut down the computer and also gave the alert tone. To anyone who does not have this item......run to the store or order from Newegg or you will be sorry.

- Works perfect - Quiet
