Easy install, works on Window 8.1 64bit. I work on phone systems, routers, switches and other various hardware that still uses archaic serial ports and haven't found a device this won't connect to.

Works perfectly Driver installed easily on a Windows XP computer (Windows XP "searched the web" for it) Driver installed easily on a Windows Vista computer (using the disk that was supplied with the device)

The adapter cable is great. It has everything integrated into the DB9 connector. I just plugged it in and went to work.

Fast, does not interfere with software, saves port assignments

Configured my dell switch with no issues.

Well it's a cable, and it's for serial, not much else to say really. I am using this for programming a datalogger that would otherwise require me to go through an obstacle course of test equipment outdoors to get to. Has worked great after a month of constant outdoor use.

I have had many of these. Works right out of the box with windows XP & Vista.
