In my mind, the whole product is a "pro". But, a few details on the product: 1. The in-cap fan is great & prevents heat buildup during prolonged use. You can separately toggle the fan on-off with a push button. I haven't opened the cap up, but I think it's basically an off-the shelf in-computer-case fan so I'm sure you could swap it out if it eventually dies on you. 2. So far no problems at all with the thing dismounting/disconnecting from my laptop. Super nice to see because I have had horrible experiences with USB enclosure hardware. 3. Data transfer rate is also fine and raises no red flags. I haven't done any perf testing, just commenting that on regular use I'm getting 100-200 MB/sec so at that point if you're using a USB enclosure, you better not be complaining ;-) 4. Size. Thank Heaven there was ONE enclosure out there that didn't support BOTH 2.5" and 3.5" hard disks. All of those are considerably larger than this. So yeah, you won't be putting 3.5" drives in this thing, which is something I personally viewed as a "plus". YMMV.

I can connect two ASUS monitors via this device. There is not any problem. My OS is Win 10 64 bit. I did not need to install any software manually. Great!

Product is very useful for my mobile work lifestyle.

Works great and is fast.

actually works to connect 4k ultra widescreen monitor to apple M1 without any extra software required.

Multiple USB 2 & 3 ports. Worked straight away with my macbook pro (2015) and added multi-monitor support with HDMI & DVI, and a gigabit nic!

Works like a champ and is a true plug and play device.
