It’s substantial nature accommodates a myriad of one-off applications, i.e., vertical/overhead mount for 160 degree convex mirror. Use it as a platform for IP cameras with magnetic bases. Benefiting from a plug strip (tidy things up), amazing how well it’d suit it is for this application. Additionally, if you're not aware of the newest generation of magnets, Google N52, it’s mind boggling what a substantial base like this is capable of accomplishing when joined to powerful magnets.
