Works. Plug and play. I've used this on an Asus Ultrabook and my custom built desktop. I was anxious because of reviews on various sites. But works fine I had no issues. Both of my computers are widows 10. However, I did not play any Blu rays videos. I just use this read Blu Ray discs.
