Tested 3 CPUs from the Epyc 4004 family all have been unlocked, works in the Asrock X870E Taichi Lite I'm using with BIOS 3.40, runs up better than the Ryzen 9 7900X I tested right after the 4464P.

Good price for the package Thick, solid motherboard 5 fan headers Doesn't run very hot (Mine is around 45 degrees C with the terrible fan setup I temporarily have on it.)

Nice size box, able to install 6 5.25" removable HDD trays. Make for a nice rackmounted NAS box. Seems very well contrstructed working in this box was painless. After adding power supply and hard drives this thing is very heavy over 50 lbs. See other thoughts

This case is built tough. It is not light weight, but it is strong. I have used these at my place of work for over 3 years and used them for a small number of special servers I rebuilt for a customer. The layout is good certainly for a full size ATX Mobo and it comes with all you need. I particularly like the fact it does not come with a PSU so I can choose whatever I want. The locking clamshell doors are liked by customers who want at least some level of physical security.

Works and provides the additional ports I needed
Easy Installation
Came with Latest Firmware and in IT (HBA) mode
It is not a Raid Card
This is a Budget Enterprise card not a Sata Card
Get these https://www.newegg.com/p/0PS-00E0-01MH5 to attache a 40x40x10mm Fan for added cooling. Doesn't need much
