Works Great Came well packaged and plugged in and worked out of a x4 PCIE slot without issue. Great for virtualization (haven't looked into settings to optimize yet if any). Uses easily accessible power cable directly from internal PSU (for POE?). The Intel 350 chipset is amazing and super reliable.
