We use this at work for Skype for Business - we position it on a tripod just below the wall TV and you are looking straight across a 10 person conference table at about head height, so it really does look like you're sitting at the table with them.   Video quality is excellent - Zeiss lens so there's great clarity and light gathering.   I can say that if they would have used the pan and zoom I could have easily read the cell phone screen of the person sitting "next to me" at the table.   I don't believe it has a built in mic, is meant for a conference system with separate mics.   As for wall mounting, it would not be hard to use a tripod mount or even just a little shelf that would be suitable for a mounting position.   Using the 10X zoom, even a fairly distant placement could still be adjusted quite a bit to get the frame you want of the table / room.  Expensive, but great device.
