LSI 9300-16i is a 16-port enterprise-grade SAS SATA HBA controller card. It supports 12Gbps SAS 3.0 protocol and downward compatible with SAS 2.0 / SATA 3.0 devices. Running in standard IT mode, it provides independent hard disk passthrough function, no hardware RAID restriction, fully adapted to ZFS file system, TrueNAS and unRAID NAS building.
Adopts PCIe 3.0 x8 channel design, enough bandwidth to support multiple hard disks working simultaneously. Built with premium main control chip and optimized circuit shielding design, anti-interference and stable performance. The card carries four SFF-8643 interfaces, and matched with 4 SFF-8643 to SATA breakout cables in the package. It is widely used for large capacity NAS, home server, monitoring storage and enterprise multi-disk storage array expansion.
