Yes you can. Works just like integrated graphics you can configure in the bios. If you don't need the integrated graphics there may be cheaper processors.

Older boards will need new BIOS, if you will get a new board it will have some fresh BIOS out of the box.

Can somebody recommend a board that will support this processor without a BIOS update?

I used the "ASRock B450M PRO4 AM4 AMD Promontory B450 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard" and didn't have to update the BIOS to get it to work.  ***Important Note***:  I need have to update/install all the latest AMD drivers within Windows first though.  See ASRock's website for more info.

Is DDR4 2933 specifically require or does it work with any frequency of DDR4?

The 3200G will work with any DDR4 speed at 2933 or below. And the CPU can be overclocked to work at speeds of 3000, 3200 with a little tweaking. But keep in mind that this processor needs as fast memory speed as possible to work at its peak, DDR4 2133 can reduce performance greatly over 2933 in certain workloads such as gaming or other memory intensive operations. It is recommended to run DDR4 2933 in dual channel configuration, although you don't have to buy memory rated for that speed as most RAM can be pushed higher than their rated speed. Cheers

OEMs tend to upgrade the bios as new revisions come out. If you purchase a newer MB, it will likely have the newest bios for that time of manufacture. Older stock may have older revisions - to be safe you can email ASRock or call their technical support number to verify this.

WILL THIS PROCESSOR WORK WITH ASROCK B-450 PRO 4?

I'd say most likely, but don't know for sure. I'm using an Asus Prime A320M-K with my 3200G and using the Vega Graphics that are built into the chip. 
However, I've been running a Ryzen 5 1600x with Asrock ABM350 Pro 4 for 3 years and it still runs beautifully. However, I use a descreet graphics card with it.

Hello,

Typically it is recommended that you pair the APUs with a B series board (B350/B450/etc), but the current generation (presumably B550) motherboards are not yet available and you will be paying a bit of a premium if you buy a X570 board now instead of waiting.

I would recommend getting a B450 board that can have the BIOS flashed without a CPU installed so you can get it up and running before putting this CPU in it.  I would check with manufacturers to see what boards they offer with this feature or if they offer services for sending in your board to have it flashed for you.  Hope this helps!
